Select an organization in which you have worked. From a managerial point of view, identify the major differences between functional managers and project managers.
Please discuss whether their job responsibilities were directly related to their job titles. If they were not, suggest ways of reorganizing your company to achieve higher levels of efficiency among managers.
Respond to your classmates as to how their organization is structured and how this arrangement would be beneficial or not, as it pertains to project manager’s authority.
